Super saver bhutan tour between may 10- may 17

Voyage of asia tour package

I booked voyage of asia tour package for my parents. Right from day one there were problems, 2days after booking i was asked for surchage as apparently suddenly airfare (Which a travel company was not aware off) had gone up.. Different figures were quoted 3478 initially on my protesting they raised the surcharge to 5000 pp and agreed to pay 50% of cost
A few days later they come back and say we (C&k) have provided you wrong costing!...

Bad experience of service & miscommunication by Cox & Kings

My mother & her 2 friends booked for a Europe tour on 2 May 2017.
But due to the visa problem they couldn't go for the tour. This is very very shameful on the part of the company. The booking was done from Nashik office. At the last moment they told that visa in not ready.
It seems that these people are very lethargic & not at all professional.

I was the one who selected cox and Kings for our tour. I went with two of my friends but the package and the services was not at all satisfied.
