I had booked a hotel at Guwahati through eZeecloud for 14th and 15th Sept 2015. However at the time of check out I was informed that they haven't sent any voucher/confirmation for the booking. As such I had to pay full amount to the hotel. At their call centre a lady named Lakshmi keeps telling me she has informed her Manager Malati, but refuses to share her telephone number. A mail sent to the email address that she provided me remains unanswered. Since I got no response from the company I lodged a disputed transaction complaint to my credit card company through which I had made the online payment. The amount has been temporarily credited back to me pending an investigation from their end.
I advise customers to avoid the above company for any online booking. There are three different names associated to the group: ezeecloud, ezeestay and clicklytics.
