Hi,
This may be a small concern for you but a big deal to me.
I once sent a gift to someone and that person died a year and month back and ferns and petals still sending me reminders to me send another gift.
I have called them 5 times and everytime they confirmed that its gonna stop.
Now i just wanna know there process of sending gifts to hell or heaven.
Because they are not taking my words that the person...

On 30th December 2021 I ordered a bouquet of flowers of sum total Rs.8147 from Ferns and Petals. The date of delivery was 31st December 2021. When I tried to contact them about the whereabouts of my order on 1st January 2022, they said that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours since it was an international order. I would like to share my pathetic experience with them.I placed my order (order id :[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 31st december and then you guys changed it stating it cannot be delivered and now it will be delivered on 2nd jan. However, on 2nd jan also it was not delivered and when i tried to reach their customer care
1stly they dont reply just raise query and close it saying wr'll get bacj.....

This is not the first time this cake has been ordered for the same address and by the same account. Last time this same order was made was on 22nd December, 2021 which was delivered on time. (Order #[protected].

We ordered vake on 31 december and it is not yet delivered hence we would like cancellation of the cake with the refund that we gave you....

Product was delivered unpacked and the agent was saying that he had to take pictures of the product as per the company policy and hence opened it. Also the SMS message stating that the product was delivered even before the agent had visited our residence. Completely unhappy ....

Ordered a cake to be delivered in USA for my daughter’s birthday. But they never delivered it. They keep saying the delivery is delayed and will be delivered after 4 days!!! I have booked the surprise service of candle light dinner for my wife's birthday on 15 December 2021 with some add ons like cake, photographer and guitarist it cost me 13450 rupees, i paid the amount through my credit card but after the payment I did not get the order Id...I called customer care where Robin advised me mail the complainant to get a order id... I purchased a Multicolor Kundan Bangle (Order ID #[protected] from Ferns N Petals which costed me 1228 Rs. After receiving the product I see the item is not worth the prize and is of very cheap quality which we can get from street shop in 100-200 Rs.

I immediately contacted their customer care team and they are not accepting the return and refunding my money.

F&P issued me a refund coupon WLNLZRAZFE. This was issued for an
order that I had cancelled in September. I used this coupon used for order

Very pathetic and disappointing customer service provided by ferns and petals in India

They changed the delivery date different from the one we selected. I called them 3 times from US to check but their agents were rude and haug up on me.
Then I chatted with another lady who again asked me to call on same number.
This time atleast a agent was acknowledging the mistake but reluctant to transfer to supervisor who...

Hi Ferns & Petals !!

There is no requirement to remind for some birthdays which you do through your mnessages. Sometimes we dont want to look back to some days!!! Days changes quickly !!! People who were there last year may not be there this year so stop reminding Please!!!...

I ordered three products in first week of Dec 2021.
But all the orders were wrongly delivered.
It led to time and money wasted. Also, the celebration dates passed without gifts.
There were personal pictures to be printed.
But these FERN and PETALS people are ridiculous and services are pathetic.
Please provide me explanation and solution for this....

Regarding my today's order: Unprofessional irresponsible way of committing to deliver & least bothered to or no effort at all to get the job done. These guys will screw up your valuable occasions. STILL WAITING FOR A REVERT FROM RESPECTIVE STAFFS AFTER LONG DISCUSSIONS. Let's see how serious they are in their business & will take further action....

Birthday cake not delivering on same day and they also denying refund. Customer care useless...

I order cake for my mother-in-law, i am newly wed an live overseas, I relied on F&P services and this was her first birthday for me to celebrate with her. I am not in India physically so I wanted the best services for her cake delivery. My biggest mistake that I chose F&P.

Cake was ordered way ahead of time, around early morning...

On my wedding anniversary ordered one cake from them. They delivered the cake on time, but when my wife was cutting in, in quarter cake she found 3 long strands of hair. After that she threw it in the bin. The cake was ordered on 21-Nov-2021. The ideal resolution would be to refund the money for cake but F&P said we can only refund within 48 hours and close the ticket....

It was such a pathetic service which I get I suggest to everyone never place an order on this website if you from abroad and thinking to plan something for your loved ones then never try something with this website, first of all, there is no wider range of time slot choices. second, they will give you a time slot of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm according to this time that birthday person has to wait for them all day he can't go out or celebrate his/her...
