Ordered a ucb watch through hdfc netbanking offer in iredeem.in. And paid 412rs and it was said to be under an offer price. It took 12 days to reach. When it reached the box was torn. When i opened the box. The wallet was a duplicate/fake. I know it because i have used a ucb wallet before. The quality of it was even less than a 100rs wallet that we get to see from road side vendors. Pls dont get cheated by this hdfc bank scam. Save your money...

I am not satisfied with the bag u have sent, so i want to return it... So what to do... And what about refund??

I placed order a benetton-blbu-bu-gym-bag on june 11 but have not received the product so far. No information on courier tracking details or any other details is received so far.
It was clearly mentioned that the order will be delivered in about 10 days but there is no information or status update on it.
I need to know the status of my order or shall receive the amount back in my account.

I redeem benetton wallet through my hdfc net banking on 22 june 2018 amount of rs:- 411.82 is debited from my account. My transaction id is:- [protected]. And till i did not receive any tracking no. I am not clear about my order is placed or not kindly confirm and do the need full & no one pick the call on your customer care number....

Above mentioned product redeemed on 16 may 2018. Paid amount of rs. 411 through hdfc debit card. No tracking id given. No option to track product. Transaction id is [protected]. Received mail on 05 june 2018 stating product returned due to address related issue. The complete address details was given in the first place. Never an issue of address or 'consignee not available'. I ordered 6 products from iredeem using hdfc debit card dated 11 june 2018. The message was received from hdfc bank stating that since i am a frequent user of hdfc net banking, they are offering discount on ucb products.

But i have not received tracking no. For any of the trasactions. Money has been already debited from my account.

I have booked a ucb brand watch as per offer from it's website and have already paid the amount of 411 with taxes but as per the tracking number which they mailed me i am unable to track my order # [protected]. The company has left with no tracking mode in website and amount has already been debited.

Hi.. I ordered a watch from iredeem... Have received an email confirming the transaction how ever no email received for the confirmation of the order. Well would say please looking in the following matter and sot this out otherwise thing will be draggend hdfc where in hdfc has to take the liability for it or will file a case on hdfc and iredeem as well..

I have seen some special promotion to my net banking account, so placed an order on april 28 2018 for benetton-watch, which the fund has been detected from my account and got the successful message. But, still the product has't been arrived yet. I dint even provided and tracking number to track my package if they shipped. I have attached the successful message which i got it from iredeem.in. We have encashed the evoucher code ( [protected]) on[protected] with transaction id [protected] and again on[protected] the same voucher code ( [protected]) has been redeemed with transaction id [protected]. But in both the cases the material has not been delivered. Last mail we have received on[protected] from the id [protected]@irdeem.In stating that the material put on cart. On 22 feb 2018 i got a promo code from axis bank thru sms which had a link to buy the product and redeem it. I did and it took to your side and the product available was benetton bag. With due respect i want to say that i have not received my iredeem gift of bag. As per your axis bank scheme i had deposited rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) in my axis bank account before 31st dec.

But till date you didn't send me my gift of bag. Plz check and revert me asap.
