I ordered a prolite drain cleaner from amazon in november i never received it and it says 'delivered on 4th dec' customer service denied refunds...

I had purchased Epson printer ink on 14 november which was delievered to me on 21 nov.
When I received the package I checked expirt date on carton box of refill that mentioned expiry year 2026 so I assumed it is ok.
