I have a complaint against GD Goenka La Petite, Rohini Sector 18 branch:
Concern: They took INR 6000 for the E-profile of my daughter. They didn't deliver the E-profile and are also not refunding INR 6000.

I have ordered a digital smart watch from G-Rockyy and today I received parcel with a kids watch inside.
As per the return policy trying to call the number over invoice which is switched off and also customer care number is not contactable... suddenly he said me i give you a date for endoscopy not for covid report and he spoke like in errogant manner which is not maintainable by us . on calling call center they are not even bother to respond... have been communicating with both Bank of India, Rajkot, and Porbandar Branches for our missing NRE DBD held in their safe custody for quite sometimes which was originally held at the Porbandar Branch which they now cannot trace and informed us that the certificate was sent to the Rajkot Branch whereas Rajkot Branch has confirmed that they do not have the certificate...
