We admitted our daughter avijeet khurana in class 11th in emerald heights boarding school as a boarder. At the time of admission we were assured that the proper care will be taken of the student by the entire staff member including principal. But my daughter was provided dormitory with 10th standard students, which causes her upset and also she was not able to study properly. The fact was brought in to the notice of the administrative staff by student several times, even we also requested for the same. But reply from the school side was unbelievable, they said in 11th standard, dormitory is not available your child has to adjust with 10th standard dormitory only. If you don’t want to leave your child with 10th standard dormitory take your child with you.
Please note that at the time of admission no one informed us that the dormitory in 11th standard is not available. The fact was also brought in to the notice of the president of the school. He also assured to resolve the issue but we regret to say that no action was taken by school management. Our daughters fall sick and gone under depression for which she is getting treatment. Even she did not get admission in any other school as the time of admission was over at that time.
Further, when we contacted with school administrative staff to collect the belongings of our daughter, they refused for the same and said first you sign on blank paper and write a note that whole fee rs. 193000/- (Rs. One lakh ninety three thousand only) paid at the time of admission will not be demanded (Copy of receipts are enclosed herewith for your reference). No one can expect such kind of behavior with parents.
Keeping in view the facts explained above you are requested to kindly take the necessary actions for getting refund back the entire amount paid at the time of admission and also allow us to collect the belongings of our daughter.
Hope, your good self will understand the pain of parents and will definitely take necessary action to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
