Abbott India Limited — company sales representative withholding cash collectionand scemes of the distributor

Dearest Sir/Madam Regards.I am an authorised distributor of Abbott India Limited( Distributor Code:[protected] working for the last 01 year as Maa Kamakhya Devi Enterprise: 72, Bireshwar Chatterjee Street.Bally- Howrah Pin; 711201. West Bengal. Since the last 06 months, the company's Howrah Area Sales Representative Jayanta Amin ( Mobile: [protected]) has fraudently withheld a large amount Of Cash, collected after delivering my stock. Now he is neither paying up the money nor his Area Sales Manager, Shouvik Dutta( [protected]) is receiving my phone calls to assess and solve the dispute and grievance. The matter was progressing at a snails pace with the intervention of The Regional sales Manager Anindya Mazumdar ( [protected]) but today even he has asked me not to call him. Since 06 months i am suffering from false assurances from Shouvik Dutta that the matter will be solved soon.
