Abbott India Limited — regarding cancellation of amo sovereign compact order

I dr gajanan ainapur from hyderabad had paid 3 lakhs (Part payment as discussed with venu) to venu madhav for amo compact sovereign machine 3 months back, but still not got delivered, and executives here are not responding at all.. So i have decided to cancel my order of phaco machine.. Please refund my money asap / else i will have to complaint in medical council and aios and consumers court... Plz get back to me asap
