I bought nepro hp 400 mg as my father is suffering from kidney disease. He is on dialysis. I was surprised. How could a renowned company do like that. I got legs of spider inside the packet.. My father already took half of the powder. I dont know what will happen next.. I appeal to the govt kindly expedite the matter. I purchase a pediasure chocolate pouch on 25/04/2029 but the product is disputed then i go to the retailer they deney to replace it .its smell is like a burning refseed oil and a very bad experience with the product

I complained about nepro 400gm pack which had a chemical smell to the toll free number. I have 4 packs with me of the same batch number . It's more than 8 days nobody has called me till now. When I raised the complaint they told me they will replace the packs.
