Dear sir/madam i am the distributor of kolkata all the stocks we are holding are near expiry or non-movable and the company's manager mr anirudh ph - [protected] is not taking back the stock, after repeated conversation with mr tamal that there is loss in gst who will compensate he is giving no reply to us, so tell us should we go legally for this matter, please suggest or do the needful
