Abbott — optium xceed

We have a blood sugar machine which is not working properly. The problem is that when we are inserting the stick it is not asking the blood sample and rather it is showing ‘e-6’. The model name is optium xceed and the model number is xce311-1073. We are using this machine since last 10 years. Please contact us:
