Dear Sir, I am told by Freestyle optium H strip dealers that you have phased out Abbott Xceed machine and new machine has been developed and Neo strip would be used against them.Optium H strips would not be supplied in future.
I am using Abbott Xceed machine Serial number XCE109-2031 for the last 9 years.Dearlers told me that you would replace the machine with a new one.
Pl let me know the modalities and how to go ahead and exchange the machine which would work with neo strips.

I have been using limcee since last few years but now when I purchased the recent stock of June manufacturing, the composition tastes very different. It literally tastes like paper and very weird. Wanted to know if y’all have changed it or the product is faulty??
