Abhi Bus — Complaint Regarding Bus Service and Request for Refund

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the bus service provided by your company. Yesterday, I booked a ticket in Gajraj Travels from Sri Ganganagar to Delhi for my sister, who had an important interview scheduled for today. Unfortunately, the entire experience turned out to be highly disappointing and distressing.

Here are the details of the incident:

Booking Confirmation:

I had previously confirmed the ticket through a phone call with your office.
I arrived at the boarding point well in advance, ensuring that we wouldn’t miss the bus.

Bus Delay and Miscommunication:

As the departure time approached, I called the bus operator to inquire about the bus’s status.
To my surprise, the operator informed me that the bus was on its way.
However, as time passed, there was no sign of the bus, and it became evident that something was amiss.

Last-Minute Chaos:

Desperate to catch the bus, I contacted the bus driver directly.
Shockingly, he revealed that the bus was in Hanumangarh, which is approximately an hour away from Sri Ganganagar.
Furthermore, he claimed that my sister’s name was not on the passenger list.

Taxi Arrangement:

Faced with this situation, we had no choice but to book a taxi to Hanumangarh.
The delay caused immense stress and anxiety, especially considering my sister’s interview.

Impact and Request for Refund:

This entire experience has left us deeply disappointed and frustrated.
Not only did it jeopardize my sister’s interview, but it also had a negative impact on our overall mindset.
Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for both the taxi fare and the bus ticket.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe I deserve better service and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Please provide instructions on the refund process and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
