Abhi bus is cheating the customers by offering the discount but finally customers are not getting the discount by applying the silly terms & conditions. I am giving you the example for your reference
I have booked one ticket from visakhapatnam to hyderabad (Ticket no[protected] through abhi bus and the service no is 1475 on 23/10/2018, while booking the ticket they have offered the discount by applying the promo code as “abhitday”. I have entered the promo code subsequently they have shown the final amount as rs. 850/- in their software (App), based on that i have made the payment through credit card. After booking the ticket i came to know that the excess amount (Rs. 312/-) has been deducted. I do agree that i have not read the term & conditions but while making the payment through different payment method (Credit card) instead of paypal, their application should show the exact amount what i supposed to pay. They have not even given any trigger that i was making the payment through different payment method (Credit card) instead of paypal to avail the offer or the final amount need to pay this much. Abhi bus should develop their application as a customer friendly not as confusing the customers while booking the ticket. I have raised the complaint ([protected]) through abhi bus contact center but they have not least bothered to solve the complaint. Please refer the compliant and kindly do the needful…
