This is the issue we faced on 29th september 2017 with abhibus. We booked tickets from ambala to manali in abhibus, the travels names was dhevbhumi. The boarding time was 10.30pm nearby ambala (After ambala flyover to be exact), we reached the boarding point one hour prior to the proposed time. Till that time we hadn't received any mails or messages from abhibus or dhevbhumi regarding the bus number or crew number. We contacted the abhibus customer care, after long wait the call got connected and the customer care executive provided a number saying as crew number. We called to that number and it was a wrong number. Again we contacted abhibus customer care and this time they provided two numbers saying as dhevbhumi customer care numbers. Upon contacting on those numbers we understood that one number did not exist and second one was not getting connected. Time had crossed 10.30 by that time - the scheduled boarding time. Again we contacted abhibus customer care and requested them to contact dhevbhumi from their end. He put us 10-15 minutes on hold and dropped the call, may be due to he couldn't also connect to them. After that also we contacted abhibus customer care several times 2 or three of them dropped the call in between may be due to network issue or they couldn’t able to provide us a solution. The last one we spoke to told that he couldn’t file a complaint also, due to some issues!. We understood that this was a trap there are no such services as we booked, also abhibus is having no idea regarding the service whether this service is running or not. They are simply taking the booking and putting common man in trouble. Whatever the details the travels 'dhevbhumi' provided to abhibus was wrong - mainly the contact numbers - they are not even verifying that. We had already booked the accommodations at manali (Which was non refundable) and return return ticket from there, so we waited bus in that unknown place till midnight 2.30am with the little hope that bus would come. But no such buses came. At last we decided to return back to our own place but there was no connectivity at that time, we stayed there and returned back next day morning - resulting in a huge money and time loss.
