Text of Complaint by NEELAKSHI:
This is with reference to bus booking tickets of Rs 24029/- dated 12.5.23 vide booking ID AV[protected] of Rs 14161 and booking ID and AV[protected] of Rs 9868 for travel from kundapura Karnataka to mumbai. I had booked the tickets of my family for 10 passengers in non ac bus. Charges are much more than local private bus operators. I had booked tickets for relaxing travel for my family. But to my dismay and horror, the seat covers are stinking and unhygienic harmful to our health. No Fans and no ventilation and we suffered a lot and suffocate. Top of this Customer care executive taunted me not to travel if it was bad and unhealthy service, so mocking. I had my family with me where would I go to take such harsh decision. We had lot of health problems so I had put so many mails asking for refund for poor service and charging high rates when it is not worth. But they manipulated me and didn’t refund. They testified my patience and created havoc and mental trauma to me. False replies and conned me. I have been conned by them. They talked rudely to me, no politeness in their talks. They are inhumane and insincere in their communication with me.
A lady from customer care called me on 23.5.23 and agreed to give lastly 30% of Ticket cost ie 24029/-not of booking ID AV[protected] when I didn't agree, she said ok for 50% of booking ID AV[protected] of Rs 9868/-as per your mail but didn't say that I couldn't claim of other booking ID AV[protected]. She clearly said the bus operator, Anand Travels will not give refund. Its obvious because their charges are minimal but in your app, charges are high as compared to them.
When I called on 25.3.23, the executive from your side is saying bus operator is not ready to give refund on other booking ID, statement is changed. Further he said if bus conditions were not okey, we should not have travelled. The reply is so sarcastic. He was telling that Mail sent by them to refund only for booking ID AV[protected] ( enclosed attachment of your mail no booking ID is mentioned)
As I already told in my mails and call, I was traveling with my family that from Kundapura to Mumbai and had to reach Mumbai urgently for we missed our train and spent unnecessarily for halting there in Kundapura. How could I make them suffer more when I was with them? Thinking of them, otherwise I would have not traveled. We had suffered a lot by traveling in that bus causing health problem to my elders.
