Hi, i have booked for 2 seats from gonikoppal to banglore, whereas the trip got cancelled from abhibus side and i have received msg that “dear customer, due to vehicle breakdown your journey is cancelled for doj:[protected] and service number: mrd-blr 2 1 luxury sleeper”

Since i havnt received my refund amount back
