I had booked Maruti Swift VXI Optional' model in Maruti ABT, Guindy Showroom on Jan 6th, 2016. During the time of booking it was said to me that, 2016 model would be delivered in 45 days and further since it was VXI optional model, it would be delivered in 30 days.
Its been 50 days now and ABT doesnt even have a clue of when the vehicle would be dispatched. We have been following up with them every alternate days since last 10-15 days and the kind the response they provide is highly pathetic.
Just wanted to make sure the complaint reaches and the mistake never ever happens and also would like to add that i would be happy to inform any of my friends not to book a car in ABT for the wonderful experience i had!!! Was this information helpful? |
