On 28/05/2022 Consignment(2 wheelerTN07BQ3363) was booked from porur branch to Coimbatore gandhipuram branch.
on 02/06/2022 item dispatched from Aluva Transshipment Centre-(HUB)
after discussing with respective staff from Coimbatore, it was very evident that consignment is still in Chennai and not delivered to Coimbatore, but the tracking record shows item arrived at gandhipuram on 30/05/2022, below us the tracking status.
how can someone will confirm that item is arrived without checking and update the status, i suspect some fraudulent activities is happening and need to know the reason for this incident.
