Accel Frontline Global It Services — Negligence in attending my phone's problems | |||||
Hi this is Lydia from chennai. I surrended my device which is under warranty in accel front line in greams road on 3rd august 2016. The company didn't attend the problems in my device and still waiting for spare parts and they have also damaged the rear side of my device. On September 21st 2016 I got my device back with no service done apart from damaging my device. The device warranty expires on 23rd September 2016. I urge you to look in to this issue and provide solution at the earliest.
