Accelyst Solutions Pvt Ltd — Fraudulent charges on credit card

On 01/08/15 booked tickets for movie in my credit card. On 02/08/15 two unauthorized transactions amounting Rs649/- each totaling Rs1298/- was charged in my credit card by ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT LT, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND AUTHORISATION. The fact came to my notice only when I got the summary of my monthly bill. There is no OTP in my regd mobile for these unauthorized transactions. Have lodged a formal complaint with the credit card company, they have supposedly investigated and found that it was an authorized transaction, hence they are not reverting the money back. All must be aware of this fraudster company ACCELYST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD and also lodge a strong complaint on account of these fraudulent transactions in my card.
