I worked with Accenture solutions pvt Ltd at kolkata as a packaged app development senior analyst. My last working day with accenture was 2nd Sep 2024. I have completed all my exit formalities and Final settlement is completed.
However, for further joining at new organization I needed clarification on EPS membership. Before Accenture, in my previous organization I was an EPS member, but the same was not continued further in Accenture. I need reason/ clarification on the same, why my EPS membership was not continued by Accenture.
I have reached out to PF team numerous time with all the relevant documents on "Eb.[protected]@accenture.com" email id. But have not received a clear response on it. Everytime they are raising a request number for it and not providing any update. It is affecting my joining at new company.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me clarification on EPS.
