Because more then one week showing offer initiated but today it showing rejected

It was asking unique id and candidate I'd but I don't have received any unique id
Please help me how can solve this problem

Hi Team,
I am unable to apply for any job position in Accenture portal.
Each time I try to apply, I get the same error
'Thank you for your interest in accenture. You have already been referred to our database and an email is waiting in your inbox for you to click on the link and submit your application. We look forward to your application within the required timelines.'
When I check my emails, there is no email from Accenture with a link to submit my application.

Could you please help me with this asap as I am unable to apply for any job openings.

Even I am facing the same error. I got the below confirmation message but did not receive any email to submit the details. This is happening with me for multiple job postings that I have tried applying in for accenture.

someone saying due to some technical issue candidates will receiving this message as "we already have this resume in our database" . But one of my friend got the message while he applying was "we already have this resume in our database...after careful consideration from our hiring team we can not forward with this candidate "...is this means..my friend resume rejected or this is an error...? can anyone reply please...! is this true buddy. Can you please respond for me.
