Accident Relief Care — Yearly renewal

They never bother to call you nearing expiry. We only should remind them to renew. Even after that they need reminder to dispatch your card. I've read that to claim during any accidents, they make you run from pillar to post . Hence I told all my friends and other employees, totally about 120 members to stop renewing after expiry. The director Mr. Vijay Singh never available at his office to take calls and their staff have be trained not to share his cell phone number.
