sir i feel sorry for that accident you met, by gods grace i hope you feel well right now and i have a sugession for you, better go for the consumer forum for your justice and claim your money all the best.i dont know where it is located but my idea is to go for the google search and find it by yourself by typing as consumer forum of india or bangalore

What I believe, the doctor's report was more to blame than blaming the ARC. Any insurance company would first refer the hospital report and settle claims on base of it.
The hospital must have given you in written on your discharge summary why the hospital believed that the knee cap was pre-existing. The x-ray report can very well tell whether it is a fresh injury or old injury looking at the pattern of calcium deposit in the crack area. If you have x-ray report pertaining to the period when you were admitted, get a second doctor's opinion.
If said doctor's diagnosis was wrong, you can not only get the claim but also book the doctor. On top of it, you can claim interest on money, inconvenience charges and mental trauma compensation.

hi guys, just got a call from ARC marketing executive for ARC Insurance.. what should i do. shall i go with it or not..
Earlier ARC Service was very Good, Now I think that the Company has gone Bankrupt and they do not have money to pay for their Members . In fact they take a Group Insurance with United India Insurance or Oriental Insurance.. But I don't know for what reason they do not Pay on Time.. In my Nephew's Case, the Claim papers were sent in the month of Feb 2013 and even after 4 months they are saying that it is Processing, Now today I got a call that since the Hospitalization was not for 24 hours, they will not pay the claim. But in the discharge Summary, the time and date of Admission and Discharge is mentioned where it says that the patient was hospitalized for more than 24 hours.. They are trying to find silly reasons to avoid paying the claim of Rs. 8500/- I have a corporate Insurance for my Staff and House Members with ARC which I am having from 8 years which I am going to Cancel now.
I am Deepa .P I holded this ARC for 7 years but in vain all these cheaters plan and they seel their product stating anything happens we will reimburse but when i had my shoulder cuff muscle torn they came to get signature on the claim form trusting which i went ahead with a scan which costed me 6800/- and then a guy came to collect the bills then they sent a letter after 10 days stating no accident or trauma seen. and told they will not refund for ligament tear.if i had know these people are such cheaters i would have never opted for this insurance.PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR ARC THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH OUT PAIN AND DON'T HELP YOU WHEN UR IN PAIN. THEY DO NOT REFUND FOR ALL THE ACCIDENTS WHICH CAN HAPPEN TO A PERSON.
My mother is diabetes patient, last December while walking she lost control and fell on the floor, she got sever head injury, I have taken ARC insurance for my entire family ( the policy is continued from 2008 to till date 2014).
when i saw her with pool of blood, i thought ARC guys will help, i called them to send ambulance, they reported it will take 1 hour to send ambulance and they told me take her to nearby hospital and do first AID, i took her to Prasanth hospital at bommanahalli and she was treated by surgeon,
They suspected blood vein on head was cut she needs to be taken to operation theater to do stitches, after OT she was kept in ICU for 2 hours then she was moved to bed all happened on Saturday.
ARC executive mentioned you settle the bill and opt for reimbursement, i have accepted and discharged from hospital after settling bill, the executive came to my home on monday ( 2 days after incident).
He was checking for bills and questioning about treatment and questioning about bill breakup ( i told him what ever treatment was given i have a bill and discharge summary if you have doubt you can check with Prasanth hospital ( by luck the hospital is registered with ARC).
they asked me to call after 30 days to know claim status when i called they mentioned 30 working days ( call after 20 days).
i seriously feel like they are cheating company, i have decided to stop this insurance from this year and look for some good insurance.
I would suggest you to not to take ARC insurance.

Very dump service. Never settle the claims.
I've submitted all my documents one month back itself. For 35 days of time period they were saying I get the claim amount. But 36th day all of sudden they called me and said I've not given original bills. This is such a pathetic service I've never seen in any of the industry.
Kindly someone take it up very seriously and assist the customers on proper manner.
