Hello Sir,
Laptop display start detaching from 5/6 month of purchase(see attachment pic1 and pic2). I logged a complaint with Acer and they could not send person for onsite verification due to corona.
Now after 8/9 month the display is completely detached(pic3). Laptop is working fine but display needs a wall support to stand straight.
There is no physical damage due to external force and the display detached(sticky part removed) during regular work(opening/closing the Lid) over time due to poor fitting/ material used.
As per Acer warranty clause ""Acer India will repair or replace any defective parts and correct any problems resulting from poor workmanship free of charge."
So this should be under warranty but acer person said this is damaged and will not covered under warranty which is against the warranty clause.
please help
