Adidas — Refund not received from Adidas.co.in

I ordered an Adidas bag from their official website on Cash on Delivery.
However, I did not like the quality of the bag, so I returned it after 2-3 days.

But, I have not received a refund from them even after raising the issue 2-3 times with their team.

I contacted their customer support team, they gave me a form to fill. I have filled out the form but haven't received the refund yet.

Adidas — deliberately not doing return pick-up of defective item-order no. ain05554796

The item vide above order was to be picked up by Adidas and money refunded as per warranty conditions.
Unfortunately, the pickup assigned by Adidas to Blue Dart has not been happening since 3rd August 2024 for some mysterious reasons. Starting with Pick-up Registration No. [protected] on 3rd August 2024, until the current registration no. [protected], I am being harassed by them - both mentally and in terms of my time, as NO ONE EVER...
