undelivered paid order

Made an online order on March 18th, 2024, for a total amount of SAR 658.45 that was immediately deducted from my credit card.
A message was received that order has been delivered although till date I didn’t receive the order. Several emails and chat messages were made to adidas without any resolution made and finally they prohibited my messages and currently I am receiving a delivery failure email!!!

I am writing this to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my recent order with Order AIN05314380. The order was returned and the process was done on 15th March. Its has been 22 days (3 weeks) and I have not yet got any refund for the order. I am only receiving an auto generated mail, or they keep saying they're looking into it. According to the mail my case reference number is 69113910. Every time I call the customer service, they say it'll take 2 or 4 days, but it's been 22 days and I still haven't got the link.

    Adidas Shoe Issue - Adizero

    This is regarding Adidas shoes I purchased from Elante Mall in Chandigarh ~2 months ago(30 Dec'23); and at the beginning of Feb'24 when I got a chance to wear them, I found that the size of my shoes wasn't right. It should be US 10(the one I selected at the store) and the one that I have is 9.5, which is very tight and I got a shoe bite.

    Ordered shoes and jersey from adidas online on 28th Jan 2024 worth Rs. 5500.     Hello Adidas,

    I was ordering a shoes on Adidas official website and was asked for payment. So, I did the payment through UPI. Even though the Payment was successful and money deducted from my account, the order was not placed saying payment not done and went back to checkout page.     Double payment

    I have ordered an Adidas SHOES on 3rd of November and received on 5th of November at the time of delivery, due to some network issue my bank account is deducted the amount twice.

    I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 08/12/2023. I used debit card of punjab and sind Bank of India for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was not authorised . Please try again using an alternative card or payment method." But money has been deducted from my account.

    Refund initiated but but amount not credited.

    So ordered Solar Glide 6 and they were tight for me. requested a return the next day. A personal took my shoes on 18 November. Refund initiated after all the quality check on 22 November. I had a same experienced recently with other brand the amount was refunded to the same account the very next day i initiated return. i don't know what's taking them this long....

    Negligence in refunding the money.

    I recently placed an order in the adidas India website app and the order got delivered but as it was a size larger and loose in fitting i got it returned and as per the return policy of adidas…we can expect our money back in 14 days max although for me its been around 20+ days and they still have no clue why they are not able to send the money back as they keep saying technical glitch and our technician team is fixing it continuously delaying...

    I have returned one order from Adidas.. Adidas Reclaim utility track pant.The order value was 2999.50.I returned the product because it was not matching the description.

    Delay in Refund

    I want to state that I have made a return of a shoe on 25th September 2023 which was ordered by me from the official website of Adidas and a mail was sent to me from Adidas stating that the quality Check has been completed on 27th of September 2023. But it's been for than 10 days now, I haven't received neither my refund of Rs. 1349.50 nor any link for refund. I am highly disappointed with the refund policy of Adidas.
