Hi, my name is Abhishank
I bought a investment policy from this company online on 11th April and paid 12k online through netbanking.
After that I have received no message, no confirmation email nothing. I have been trying to call the customer care for the last 3-4 days and I have not been able to get through any executive.
Some representative called me yesterday, I explained my query to them, they said that they will check and call back in 30 minutes, but its been more than 24 hrs and I havent received any call.
I work in NGO, education sector after leaving my high paying job and right now 12k is a huge huge amount for me. I just cant afford to lose that money, I am little worried. Aegon Religare doesnt seem to care at all about this and just nor helping me.
