Dear Concern,
This is with reference to the reply I have got from your company with respect to my complaint to the above mentioned policies. I would like to reiterate the grievance once again as points mentioned below :-
a) Since the poilicies were sold to me saying that i will receive bonus if i invest money with your company.
b) I was told that i have to agree to all terms and conditions if i receive any call from the company.
c) That i will get bonus only once the policies are issued and freelook period is over.
Based on the facts mentioned above i would request you to consider my grievance genuinely. I am a layman and does not understand the technicalities and intricacies of insurance policies. I will be retiring from my job this year and will not in the position to pay such high premiums year after year.This has been a fraud done to me by Mr. Ravi Sharma which i don't even know is your employee or associate. Simultaneously I am also filing a complaint against him in the anti fraud cell.
I request you to refund my money since i have been duped by him. I appreciate your consideration in this regard.
