Agarwal Cargo Packers And Movers — Bike Not Delivered

Destination from which it was sent : Gurgaon, Haryana 4. Destination to which it was sent : Pune, Maharashtra 5. Receipt. No :1174 6. Bike Taken from Gurgaon : 17-May-2015 7. Efforts taken to redress : Agarwal Cargo and Movers took my bike on 17- May-2015 and promised t deliver within days. But till date i have not received bike from them. They dont take calls from my number most of the times. I have been calling daily since last 2 weeks and they had asked for some time till 3- Jun-15. But they dint deliver on that that. I have even proposed them to pick my bike from anywhere but they are refusing to give any address. Yesterday they came up with new story that my bike is with Bimaria Transport([protected]) and they have kept my bike and not releasing it. I talked to Bimaria Transport and they said they are having disputes with Agarwal Cargo. So they will clear my bike when Agarwal Cargo will clear their dues. Because of dispute between 2 packers and movers, i am suffering and i dont know in which condition my bike is. So i am filling compalint against Agarwal Cargo Packers and Movers for not delivering my bike. Regards, Manguesh
