I have transported my household items from delhi to bangalore on october 10th 2017. They delivered all the items after three weeks. The following items were damaged: the refrigerator, microwave, bookshelf, sofa set, chairs and vessels.
Even after repeated calling they refused to pay the damages. Initially they told me that they are waiting for insurance and then i come to know that they have not insured.
