I have hired these movers and packers for shifting my house. They have arrived very late in the morning. They have not packed my belongings properly, broken/scratched/damaged most of my house hold items. The workers were very unprofessional and rude. Despite having broken an 2 entire sets of glassware the worker has the guts to say " I know how to do my job". There was no Bubble Wrapping for any item. Furniture was not covered in sheets properly. They did not get any newspapers or markers or sufficient tape. All my belongings got wet in the rain due to damaged tarpaulin used. There was no closed truck for transportation (It's the rainy season!).
My fridge and washing machine are not working properly. My sofa set is damaged because it got wet. My brand new bed is creaking because the entire bed along with the mattresses got wet. My Book case was broken. My chest of drawers was broken. All my books, documents and clothes got wet.
I had to sleep on the floor for more than 4 days as all the mattresses got wet.
