[Resolved] Agarwal Packers & Movers — Household Goods Transfer not done as per commitment

The house hold goods transferred from Kota (Rajasthan) to Kochi (Kerala) as per consignment no : GCKOTA[protected] dated 03/02/2024 by Agarwal Packers & Movers were not done as per commitment to the customer.

1. The items received in damaged condition (Washing Machine, Flower Vask, Harmonium, AC Cupper pipe etc.)
2. Installation and fittings were not done for Wooden Bed, Wardrobe & Dinning Steel Glass Table.
3. They have charged Toll charges for car movement on road from kota to Jaipur without any reason.

Though all the full payment was done (1.03 Lacs for Goods consignment & 29K for car movement) they had failed to provide necessary service to the customer.

After repetitive phone calls & emails they are still not responding and Car was not handed over yet after 10 days of handover.
