Ahmedabad Brts — Entry/exit machine not working at sanand circle

I am a regular BRTS service availer & I have take monthly card of ₹1000.
I know the rules that entry & exit scan is a must before & after travelling in BRTS
But my daily exit is at sanand circle
& there the entry machine isn't working from last 1 month
Because of this
I've been penalized several times.
I request you to plz look at this issue & fix the entry & exit machine at sanand circle
As a student, I can't bear so much of penalties.
