I am a regular BRTS service availer & I have take monthly card of ₹1000.
I know the rules that entry & exit scan is a must before & after travelling in BRTS
But my daily exit is at sanand circle
& there the entry machine isn't working from last 1 month
Because of this
I've been penalized several times.
I request you to plz look at this issue & fix the entry & exit machine at sanand circle br...

Yeasterday i visit bhuyangdev brts bus stop to travel. I show 2 (Two) side way to enter& exist but one side close. I ask to opan both side enterance & exist to tikit cleark & sequrity they said if withot tikit go out who pay penalty & fair? And at that time one lady clime the auto door for brts bus in brts trek this type of short cut of passenger make axidant risk i ask authority who risponsibal if passenger deth/ingary. Why you give 2 (Two)...
