The vehicle broke down on sol retreat comings from indore to bhopal and passengers were made to wait mote than 2 hours and no backup vehicle was arranged in that duration. Vehicles had problems before departing indore towards bhopal but the negligent staff still made the bus to depart. This was highly unprofessional behaviour of the chartered bus staff and has caused great inconvenience. Staff person was pintu verma on the bus at the time of incident. He was very unprofessional and mismanagement was at peak.
