Chartered bus services are reduculous ... i had faced alot of issue recently !! The buses from indore to ashta are not services !!! They have cancelled bus or accomodated us in different bhopal buses ... i facesd the issue where my mother is diabetic and she had take tickets her bus was cancelled or she had been accomodated with different bus she does not have a phone from 9:30 am she sit she reached to 120 kms by 3:30 om in the afternoon!!! This had lead to the health issue as she is diabetic and has asthama!!! The buses are frequently cancelled with no information accomodating passengers in different buses and denying to refudn any amount we paid!!! The buses even has an ac issue with this hot temprature their acs are not working!!! The staffs behaviour is very negative and they have been abusive and threatening !!! I want a compansation for thi sissue faced multiple time also a compansation for other passengers!!! Was this information helpful? |
