Air Asia — Cancellation of my bookings for HYD to Kolkata and return PNR H6952A not processed

Dear Team

This is to bring to your kind attention that i booked to and fro ticket form Hyderabad to Kolkata for travel on 11 July and return on 14th July and due to unavoidable reasons i was unable to travel. I called up the help line number which suggested me to get in touch with the air asia what's app number 6360 012 345 to request for support. I raised a request for cancellation of Ticket on 8th July 2023 (twice) and on 10th July 2023 however the customer support was unresponsive in-spite of providing all details. being helpless I called up the help line number again and inspite of sharing my mobile number which was used for booking the flight bookings they were unable to connect to my reservation details. . Seeing no way out i emailed to the [protected]@airasia.com & [protected]@airasia.com for resolution of my request twice however, the same was never resolved. I have attached the itinerary along with email send to the above authorities.

I would request refund of the amounts on cancellation of tickets.
