Need refund of ticket of Sushma Gupta due to medical emergency and claim full refund .
Sushma Gupta had to undergo ERCP treatment procedure on emergency basis post abdomen scan was done . she was admitted to Aster RV Hospital on 13/09/2024 and ERCP with stent inserted inside the body was performed on 14/9/2024 . Post which she has been kept in ICU and then ward till discharge done on 19/9/2024 .
After which she was again admitted to fortis hospital on 23rd oct 2024 for the next surgery of Gall Bladder removal, Where in she was again kept in icu and ward till her discharge on 27th oct 2024 ( reports attached )
After 1.5 to 2 months from prev surgery date ( 27th oct, 2024) she has to undergo another stunt removal surgical process and she will not be in a position to travel atleast for almost a year .
refund for the ticket is still not done in spite of several mails to Airline by Agoda
