Hi,
I have came to India through Air France from Boston (America) to Chennai (India) via Boston-Paris-Bombay-Chennai. I did not receive the luggage in Bombay and so raised the claim to receive the same in Chennai(My home).
On the first day, I received a SMS that my luggage has been transported to Bombay airport. On the second day, I have been informed by customer service that my luggage will be transported to my home directly. Then, I have been informed that my luggage was not transported to Chennai from Paris due to some issues and they will transport directly from Paris to Bombay. Then, after one week of improper response, now they are informing that my luggage was missed and need still more time to trace it.
From all my conversations, I have been very much dissatisfied with their responses. There is no transparency in the system at all. Each time they come up with newly cooked up stories and fool us.
After very much dissatisfaction with their service and response, I am writing this complaint to you people so that i can receive my luggage.
I find consumercomplaints.in as my last hope for receiving my luggage safely and securely.

The flight in which my luggage was missed is AF0218 on 27th July 2014.
