IndiGo Airlines / Cleartrip — Cancellation of tickets booked in advance without our consent and no communication sent for cancellation of tickets

Our ticket from Trivandrum to Delhi was cancelled by them without our consent. When we reached airport we get to know that our ticket has been cancelled and u need to book new tickets. No message no email or any communication was sent by indigo airlines for cancellation of tickets booked by us in advance. when we talked to their customer care executive they said your ticket has been cancelled by your agent (Cleartrip) Cleartrip is saying thet have not cancelled the tickets. We had to book new tickets causing us loss of Rs.16021. Journey date was 13th August flight from Trivandrum to New Delhi flight number 6E316 departure time 6:50pm PNR of ticket cancelled by them JQV1BW name of passenger- Mrs Manjula Goel
