With reference I Aklank Jain use Airtel prepaid services since last 10yrs. We recharge my Mobile
No.[protected] @ 195/-on Dec-14th-2017 at 8.55PM as per your offer plan all out going calls STD/Local
free & 2GB Data for 28 days with transaction ID [protected] When i didn't receive 2GB data we call
customer care ref No.RANDE [protected] for missing 2GB Data Executive told me in our company some
technical problem please wait 24Hrs. we agree & wait.
After 24Hrs Dtd.15-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive told our problem not
solve please wait 24Hrs. we agree & wait.
After 24Hrs Dtd.16-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive told our problem not
solve please wait 48Hrs. we agree & wait.
After 48Hrs Dtd.18-12-17 we called again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] Executive/Senior Mr.Suresh told
me you are already use 2GB Data in 3days i told please give detail usage 2GB data but he give answer
please check your mobile we are not availabe for this. I force for arrange he said me ok we will
arrange tommorow. i agree & wait
Today 19-12-17 I call again with ref No.CBNRD [protected] but no any details arrange from your side
Executive/Senior told me in your offer recharge @ 195/- only outgoing calls not applicalbe 2GB data
against this offer. I told to her if no any data in this offer why your senior or executive say wait
for 24 to 48Hrs She told me all senior & Executive give me wrong information & cut my phone after some
time your complain office phone come & told me why you are not compromise our senior or executive for
4Hrs. we told i am waiting 4days but not any response from your side all executive & senior give
different answer about this matter all tolerate this matter.he use rough language & told we can't give data & your all services will close
So sir please request to you please solve this matter & arrange data for my future services.
I hope you will solve this matter as early as possible & give batter service provide in future.
