On 22nd aug i checked my offers for data plans and then only recharged with the 349 plan.
Under this plan we get unlimited calls and 1gb 3g/4g data per day for 28 days, that is 28gb for 28days. This plan is still available in my offers.
I had used this plan previously also and was working good. But this time i got data for only first few days, after that it is showing 0mb data every day. Although calls are still free, i am not getting my data.
No customer care number is getting connected and the automated response is saying that i have opted for internet with no data (Seriously, how is it even possible??). Was this information helpful? |
