I bought a new airtel sim and also recharged it with 399 promo on 29th july 2017 which gives unlimited call n data for 84 days. But on 25th august suddenly they started deducting balance for using data and call. Then i made complaint through various methods like calling customer care and giving mail. They resolved my problem on 29th august. My complaint id was cwrch[protected]. But again from today they started deducting my main balance whenever i make any call. My no. Is [protected]. Now i want a solution they have to give my 399 rs back or have to solve my problem by extending the validy.

Updated by Sanjukta Sengupta a fraud person called me with the number [protected] with name amit mishra. he asked me card details with the one time password and cvv no. he was saying that he will return my money back. i had argument with him and disconnected the call. what all this happening?
