Airtel — 3g data prepaid

Hello, i'm using your network (3g pack) for the last 3 years. I have recharged for 3g pack amounting to inr.178 through online on 23rd august 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c. Till date it has not credited back to my account. The details of the failed transaction status are mentioned below for your reference. Expedite your process. Subsequently, i did a recharge for inr 178 through net banking on the same day; airtel transaction id: [protected]
This amounts to recharge of the same pack for the same period twice. I request you to kindly refund the excess amount of inr 178
