Its been a while that i've have been extending my data plan on both my numbers ([protected] & [protected])after i get a call from customer services about the usage got consumed.I have changed my plans several times to get extra data usage. But to my surprise, The 4GB data that i now avail on my iphone get consumed only within 10 days of my bill date. Previously when i got 2GB data then i had never consumed it all in a month.This is all after i mostly stays in Wifi Zone at home and at work place.
The Complains on services is DEGRADED.Moreover the customer care calls take hours to answer, a lot of times go
Unanswered, and even after making through the call the customer care People just tell about new plans, are mostly not understanding the Problem.
I'm Highly disappointed. Im attaching photo proof along.Kindly go through it, provide me the detailed usage reorpts and solve the issues as soon as possible.
