Yesterday airtel executive called me and said 'sir we are swapping 3g sim to 4g sim free of cost and providing ''free'' 1 gb data eith it.would you like to swap it..'.i said ok.but after activation of 4g ..first my balance is deducting for no reason...and second they(customer care) are telling me you are not eligible for 1gb free data...what is wrong with you guys??...why are you trolling people?...

I am trying to swap my airtel 3G sim to 4G sim from last week. I followed the procedure on 24.02.17. I also received confirmation message for sim change. But old sim is still working as previous. No swap has taken place. I also tried same thing tonight (2.03.17). But I am facing same thing. Please resolve it as soon as possible. My connection no is [protected].
I bought a 4G sim and it has been more than 48 hours and it has still not been upgraded from 3G (prepaid) to 4G(prepaid).
I have to carry the otger sim with me all the time so that when the current sim is deactivated I will insert the 4G sim.

I get a 4g sim from airtel store sector 18 Noida. The process from 3g to 4g has been initiated. But now I get the error message sim already assigned to some other number. I mean this is just ridiculous. They are just wasting my time. Such a bad response.
