Inspite of sending clear mail to disconbect broadband connection on 19th August well before the billing cycle of 23rd, fresh bill for August -Sept is generated. This is the evident of AIRTEL being cheater and third grade organization. Even worst is your customer care team as they are calling me for payment for July-August although my network is down for last 2 months and data is not consumed because of 0.00 MBPS speed and still these idiots and bunch of jokers are asking to pay rental. Why the hell such idiots are employed? Are they customer care executives or customer harassment agents?

This is really disgusting that to what extent company goes on harassing customers?
Is there any one in whole organisations to understand the concern of customers. If customer is not able to use broadband connection and after making complaint 2 months back and if company is not able to resolve the issue why would customer make the payment? Is company trying to loot the customers? Does the comapny has any ethics?
Please make sure that the connection is disconnected without any delay and o/s amount is written off as I am not liable to pay any single penny to AIRTEL - WORLDS WORST ORGANIZATION EVER EXPERIENCED... Was this information helpful? |
